I had a unique experience when I needed to change the sheets in my room late at night. After pulling back the sheets and finding a problem, I reached out to the front desk. They offered solutions, and a staff member brought new sheets. However, I had to change them myself, which was unexpected. Despite this situation, the staff was attentive and tried to assist.

We enjoyed the spaciousness of the Double Room with Two Double Beds, which made it comfortable for our large family. The location was easily accessible to nearby attractions, which made planning our outings hassle-free.

My children wanted a cleaner environment with fewer bugs.

Plus, the relaxing pool area with poolside food service was an absolute delight, I enjoyed cocktails without ever leaving my sun lounger!

Staying here was quite nice. the outdoor pool was fantastic and the staff were incredibly helpful. However, the restaurant experience was inconsistent with slow service, and there were some cleanliness issues in our room, including hairs in the bathroom. Overall, a decent trip despite a few hitches.
